incuTrack Training

Getting started on the right foot is an integral part of any business solution. We will review the features of incuTrack with you and your staff, assess the need for system customization, and develop a plan for system implementation in your facilty.  incuTrack is deployed quickly and easily and can be ‘online’, working for you and your clients, in a matter of days. With any new technology comes the need to train people on how to use it. incuTrack orientation includes training for you and your staff so that you may come up to speed fast. Training sessions are usually done online via web conferencing software but also may be offered at your site or at incuTrack’s Baltimore, Maryland location.

Training Policies

incuTrack’s Training Plan is a six month subscription service that includes an initial live, instructor-led, one hour training session that is a prerequisite for additional training sessions. You may take the additional training sessions in any order you wish and as often as you wish. Being able to take sessions as you wish is especially valuable for training new staff, providing refreshers for current staff, etc. There is no limit to the number of sessions you may attend, you simply have to complete your training within six months of your initial training session. After the six months you may either renew your subscription or purchase each course individually.

Session Registration

Your initial training session will be scheduled once you sign up for incuTrack. After that you simply need to check the training calendar and register at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date/time of the session you wish to attend. Additional information about the session will be sent to you after you register.
